First-Class Service for Your Vehicle, Without the First-Class Price Tag

Intro

Ask most Auckland workshops what a service costs and you will be told “it depends”. We take a different view. Below is what our standard work actually costs, so you can budget before you book.

Every job starts with a clear quote. If we find something during the work that needs attention, we call you first. We never carry out extra work without your approval.

Why We Publish Our Prices

Hidden pricing exists to protect the workshop, not the customer. We would rather you arrive knowing what you are in for. Publishing our rates keeps us honest and saves you the phone calls.

It also means we attract the customers we want: people who value straight answers and fair work over a cheap quote that quietly grows by the time the job is done.

What Affects the Final Price

Engine size and type. Diesels and large petrol engines take more oil and more time, which is why they start higher.

Oil grade. Some modern vehicles require fully synthetic oil, which costs more than the standard grade.

Parts.  We will always tell you the parts cost separately and offer options where they exist.

Condition. A vehicle that has not been serviced in three years will usually need more than one that comes in every year.

Do you charge for a quote?

Talk to us. In many cases yes, though we cannot warrant parts we have not supplied.

No. If your vehicle needs a full service and you book the smallest option, we will tell you. We would rather have an honest conversation than do half a job.
